For any doctors/other chemists out there....

Would anyone know if liothyronine sodium (TERTROXIN, T-3 thyroid hormone, 100x 20mcg tabs) is on the PBS or is it an authority script like S8s and benzos like alprazolam?
(NOTE, I'm talking about T3, not T4 as in OROXINE which is found in the fridge in strengths of 50, 100 and 200mcg respectively)

God knows why but I can't find the info anywhere.

Thanks in advance,

S

Yes it's listed on the PBS. I found it on MIMs online. (20microgram tablets x 100) You save about 1/3 with the PBS pricing

Yeah you're right, I know what it costs wholesale, and it ain't cheap (especially considering T4 is so much cheaper).
Thanks phase
