Heroin Taking NyQuil on heroin?

So I’ve done a gang of research on this sight as far as harm reduction and advice, and lemme just say, thank the universe for this forum and the wonderful people on it
But anywho I have a question...
I’m sick. Like sneezing, coughing, sore throat, congestion, not dope-sick, sick.
And I’m curious about someone taking NyQuil while on heroin...
Is it dangerous? Like alcohol and benzodiazepines dangerous? Or fairly safe? Or bomb af? Lol
Again this is my first post so I’m sorry if this is in the wrong place or I broke any rules...

it's active ingredient is often used to combat the itching caused by opiates. take according to the directions and you should be ok

Nyquil has alcohol in it. I would not combine the two, and avoid DXM as well.
