taking antidepressant b4 dropping

hey guys, just curious about what the effects would be like if you take an antidepressant before dropping an xtc pill. a mte of mine informs me that it is equivalent to taking 3 at once... can any1 verify this?

If it is an SSRI it will effectivly stop the pill from working.

He is referring to a MAOI rather than an SSRI, both are antidepressants. Simply put it is very dangerous to do this and can cause serotonin syndrome which may result in death.

There are other links within those threads detailing why it is very unsafe (i.e. high risk of adverse drug interactions including serotonin syndrome/death) to take MDMA with MAOIs in order to increase the intensity of the drug effects.
