RCs Synthacaine - Banned?

I was under the impression that Synthacaine was now banned. Certain RC sites were claiming so, and had reduced prices. But I notice it is back on sale. Can anyone shed any light on this?
 
Synthacaine is not the name of any substance, it can't be banned.

It's whatever your vendor decides to call synthacaine today.
 
one of the components making up the mixture MPA has been banned. I think 3-fpm was the other ingredient. Many vendours are still selling it, but fuck no one knows what the other 'secret ingredient' is... i don't think i want to know
