Bupe Switching from Methadone to Suboxone

I am currently a heroin addict and am quitting on Friday. I have 20 mg of methadone and 12 mg of suboxone. I was going to take the methadone on Friday when I start feeling moderate withdrawal and then was going to take 4 mg of Suboxone on Saturday, 2 mg of suboxone on Sunday and Monday. I have experience with both methadone and suboxone. My question is if I only have the 20 mg of methadone in my system, will I experience percipitated withdrawal when I take suboxone on Saturday? In the past, I have taken suboxone just 12 hours after taking heroin and haven?t experienced percipitated withdrawal. However I know methadone stays in the system longer. Should I maybe take the suboxone first and take the methadone on the last day? Thank you! This is my first post as I?m a new member
