Heroin Swim needs help identifying what he took.

Swim recently bought some bags of what he thought was heroin. It tasted and smelt strong. It was a tanish powder. It burned more than usual. He is definitely high but not like he should be on dope. His eyes are extremely dilated and he isn't nodding out. Please help.
