Is magnesium
Vitamin b complex multivitamin and valerian root gonna help at all in withdrawal.
Im gonna take high dose of magnesium, dont wanna touch no 5htp or owt as im on anti psychotics and mood stabilers.
I also got a syringe with 50mg of cbd per dose really concentrated and a bottle of oil 12percent.
Can suggest anything else from the chemist, Im gonna be going down from like 80mg equivalent oxycodone to 60mg. then eventually go back to time release for atleast half the day , problem is How long till I get used to the same dose if I take the same dose everyday no others? as I cant sit still at times.
