Bupe Suboxone Induction Dilemma

I was surprised to read here that using the bupe patch within hours of your last full agonist will help avoid PWS! As a bridge to subs that is :) No need for waiting through WDS before starting subs if u can get a butrans patch :) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23846520
