Misc Staggering Phenibut Doses

I wondered if it might be effective to stagger doses of phenibut. Instead of taking 3g all at once, maybe take 1g, then another an hour later, then the third an hour later. Is it possible this might allow your body to ultimately absorb more? This is the best way to dose gabapentin, since anything your stomach doesn't immediately absorb is just excreted in urine. Phenibut, too, is often excreted in urine without being metabolized. So, has anyone tried staggering their doses instead of taking it all at once?

I have and found that taking it all at once provides you with a stronger feeling initially but staggering will prolong the effects. Please don't use it to get high! Any way out of yourself will end up in disaster at some point in your life!
