It's something I took at first in blind faith,
Convincing myself it was all a dream,
Later on (10 years on from the initial material),
I discovered it was true beyond doubt.
It's an exciting discovery,
But with knowledge comes responsibility.
Your skepticism is understandable,
I would've had the same skepticism.
There comes a time though when I had to say...
There really is something going on here,
and it isn't what I expected.
Sometimes we're called to serve in ways we did not understand or expect,
So it happened for me.
Unfortunately I can only hint at the truth here, there is no other way.

Have any of you guys seen Documentary Now season 3? I love the show in general, I think it's so well-done. I watched "Wild, Wild Country" on Netlix and then the Doc now parody "Batshit Valley". Owen Wilson plays this Guru who starts a cult/homestead in rural Oregon. He's talking to his followers and he says something like:
"To be truly free, you must leave behind all of the trappings of your former lives. Write on this paper the names of your relatives, their social security numbers and relevant banking information. Put the paper in the hat, leave them behind and you will be truly free"
I'm closing this. If we were spiritual we probably wouldn't worship drugs.
