With mda I've done plugged 90-120mgs and 65mg+ 25mgs of 2cb and 1ml was enough for me. Was a real long time ago but from what I remember I was peaking within 10 minutes.

Yes it works, you really only need a third of the dose you would usually have though... pop a normal dose up your arse and you'll pay for it; you'll be a drooling mess on the floor!

In regards to amounts of water used, as someone who plugs fairly often these days, go for .5-1ml at most. This is more than sufficient for the dose needed and may could go with less. At .5ml you’ll feel zero of that “need to shit” feeling larger amounts of liquid can impose.
