Heroin snorting black tar residue

So, SWIM has been snorting black tar for a few months, he puts it on a spoon with some hot water and cook it then snort it with a straw. There is usually some black and stains left on the spoon, can swim snort the residue? He has tried pouring water and recooking it but nothing, is there any other way to do this that is more effective? SWIM is really sick. Any help would be much appreciated.

If there is a way I've never heard of it. Also they don't use SWIM here. We all know its you
