RCs Smoked 5f-akb48, got tested for akb-48, should I be worried?

So a test subject found a half smoked joint of Synthetic Cannabinoid mix. It most likely contained his homemade 5f-akb48/AB-FUBINACA herbal mix and some storebought Caution Platinum. He got tested an 2 hours later unexpectedly for synthetic cannabinoids by Redwood Toxicology https://www.redwoodtoxicology.com/resources/cutoffs_methods/synthetic_cannabinoid. They test for AKB-48... Should he be worried about failing? Do they metabolize into the same metabolites?

I will say that yeah, you should expect to fail. I don't think any of these compounds have been fully profiled, so I don't know if you could find information about metabolites but my suspicion is these two are gonna be too close.
