Opioids Sick with ear/sinus infection, took 5mg Hydrocodone...

Is that ok? It's hard to breathe through my nose, but 5mg shouldn't like stop my breathing should it? I have a pretty bad earache, so hopefully will help. I'm also tapering my Valium, I'm down to 8mg a day. Should I have to worry about breathing? Also started antibiotic today, Cefdinir.
 
I don't know why I asked. It's such a small dose, I feel fine. I'm letting the anxiety from my Valium taper get to me.
 
5mg of hydrocodone is a low dose as is your complimentary 8mg of diazepam. It sounds like you've gotten your situation figured out anyway. Good luck on your benzodiazepine taper. It's a rough business, but well worth it when you arrive on the other side. I fully understand your nervousness. When I've withdrawn from sedative/hypnotics, I've thought the coat rack was gonna murder me.
 
Middle ear infections are so fucking painful, thinking of mine makes me cringe. Good luck, man. Feel better soon :)
