Bupe short buperenorphine/subutex detox

hey,

saw some really great posts about short opiate tapers using subutex/bupe on here but can;t seem to find them
tapers that take a week or two? i've got huge amounts of 2mg and 0.4mg buperenorphine tablets
i was thinking maybe stabilize on 4 or 6mg and then start cutting down half an mg every two days or so?
does anyone have any experience with rapid sub tapers?

any advice would be welcome - i managed to get off opiates using subs but my taper was much longer and i'm trying to help a friend kick with my left over tablets
