Serotonin Syndrome and xanax help

SWIM took powdery rock "mdma" , did not origin or source. Did not feel it well and took more. 3-4 hours after not feeling much, got hit with waves . 15 hours later SWIM is shaking, pupils dialated, extreme muscle tensing, staring, extreme trouble communicating and forming sentences without taking pauses in between words, cannot sleep, cannot eat. SWIM believes it is seretonin syndrome but not sure if it was real mdma. Will xanax help sleep or calm body and if so how much? Immediate help would be appreciated. Need to know if xanax will help or make worse
 
If you think you have Serotonin Syndrome, and it diesssound like you could have it, go to the ER asap, SS can be lethal!
