Benzos Serious leg cramps. Benzos

I hope I have put this in the correct section?

I am withdrawing off Clonazepam (Klonopin) Getting the usual withdrawal effects like increased anxiety, insomnia etc......But also getting terrible leg cramps, especially in my hamstrings.

Is the anything I can use for this.....Only thing I have found so far on the net is something called 'Taurine' which is meant to be good for muscle cramps?

Any help would be great as these leg cramps are so bad, sometimes I am having troubles even walking.

Hi there! I found that when I detoxed off of benzos potassium was super helpful with cramps! You can either take it in through a vitamin, or food. It helped a lot!
