Technical Problem Screen keeps moving up and down on every page.....Super annoying

WTF is wrong with every page I view... including this page? My screen will jump either below or above what I'm reading and stay there for about 10 seconds and then jump back. stay for 10 seconds and jump again. Repeat. Anyone else experiencing this? It wasn't doing this earlier today.

Aye - screen jumping will nearly always be connected to the top right add banners based on how we have the site set up. Let us know if you ever experience it again, and it's something we can usually fix in short order. Thanks!
 
Thank you guys for responding. It is fine now. The other day there was a large ad that wasn't in the top right, but top half of the page. The ad was literally half the page. I'm just glad it's not doing that anymore.
