Benzos Schizophrenic Paranoid about drug testing help with it? Testing levels?

Hello, I have a psychiatrist appt tuesday and had 10 mg of valium. i'm prescribed this, but I was wondering if there is a drug test that can test how much you take? Will they do that? Like a level of how much you have been taking? I will try to cancel this appt but will have to wait till mon. :!

no drug testing Qs aloud here sorry

edit: Some dip tests can be read to show if levels changes, but if a lab test is done it will say how much not just what possibly even estimated date of use.
