Can someone from Victoria please help me out.
A friend of mine is going to Melbourne next week, and is curious if saliva testing has been introduced for drivers. She is always happy to drive when we go out cause she doesnt drink, but likes a bit of meth to keep her going. Im not from Victoria so Ive got no idea.
By the way, I love Melbourne! you guys rock! the women are great, the night life cranks, footy rocks, beer is 10% colder, and i must admit that Melbourne shuffle you guys do is insane!
