Misc Saint john's wort can upregulate serotonin receptors?

I read on the internet on several medical sites that Saint john's wort can upregulate serotonin receptors and increase the density of them. Does that mean it can reverse MDMA or 4-FA tolerance long term? Or is the tolerance created some other way?
