Safe to combine Lexapro and Zyrtec?

I take lexapro, is it safe to combine Zyertec the allergy med with it?

I did search and I found some sites that said it was OK but then I found this, http://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/lexapro-with-zyrtec-d-12-hour-1013-565-570-1654.html so is it OK to take them together or not?

I moved this to other drugs, since the person asked about an SSRI. If the OD mods think that it's best suited elsewhere please move it.

But why do ask random people on a drug related forum instead of asking your doctor?
