Once again, my words I post,
and today I speak of the Christmas ghost.
He comes around this time of year,
and stays until that very last toast.
But some of us don't feel the cheer,
and we don't enjoy this time of year.
Some memories come up that we despise,
and Christmas brings us not but fear.
To these people, it's all lies.
To them this is when all their hope dies.
But it doesn't need to be this way,
it depends on your heart's size.
This is the ultimate time to play.
I know you're unhappy, but let me just say,
there are others that are worse than you,
and all they need is some love on that day.
So go out and find those feeling blue,
lend them a hand, or maybe two,
because people need others
to make Christmas true.

This Christmas might bring joy to some, pain to others, and nothing to those who don't celebrate it. Regardless of how you may feel about it, there are many people who need love and friendship during this time of year. I am a person who tends to get depressed around this time of year, but I've learned that others enjoy it much less than I do. I try to find these people and make them understand that this is the one time during the year, for many of us, that we can actually realize that we can be happy regardless of our problems, our differences can be resolved, and people in general ae much nicer. I hope that those of you who read this get a bit of that Christmas spark and go out and hug somebody, because there is always someone ready to recieve love (Feed him a pill if you have to
