Paul set them straight.
If you think an ambulance is out of the question...... Best way is to rub their sternum firmly and hard until they react, then some icy water on the face. Make sure they're not gonna bash their head on something. If that fails turn them into recovery mode and wait it out if they are slightly snoring and obviously breathing. Carrying them to a well aired place would be good unless it's too cold outside.
