Benzos Recreational Dose of Valium?

What is a good Recreational Dose of Valium? I normally take 5mg twice a day for 4 months? I don't care about the sedation side-effect.
 
40mg with no tolerance is a good dose. Amnesia shouldn't be too bad.

Other than sedation idk what else recreational valium would do. It usually just slows me down. That's about it.
 
15-20mg is enough for me.
If I take too much I fall asleep and wake up with amnesia.
 
Less is more with benzos. Take the lowest dose that you feel will create basic recreational effects. I have a benzo tolerance but it takes only 5 to 10mg to get me where I want to go.

5 to 10mg gives me a nice euphoric exp i have very little tolerance
out of the 4 benzos that i have tried xanax,ativan,klonopin and valium
valium is the best for rec use IMO
 
I personally use 2 x 0.5mg of xanax every day, and still only 15mg of diazepam gives me a smooth, relaxed and chill feeling that lasts till i pass out.
Most of the time if i use benzos recreationally i smoke couple of bowls of some good sativa weed with them. Remember benzos affect differrent people in differrent ways so always start with small dosages if you are not experienced with benzodiazepines.
