I am scribing this for the OD forum, in that it deals with a common substance, but a less common herb. My usual request in this situation is to kindly ask a moderator to migrate it to a more comfortable home. (Please/thank you).
The question is simple: Have any benzo-savvy forum-dwellers partaken in a combination of gotu kola and any benzo? (I am currently using ETZ, Diclaz, & C-lam).
Gotu kola synergies great with gabapentin (hence my logic here). I use a whole herb in a capsule. What, for you users of course, is an optimal dose? Mine tends to exceed the recommended bottle-instruction.
