Question regarding Monty Python and The Holy Grail

So I've long had this suspicion, going on about 17 years now, that a particular line from Monty Python and The Holy Grail involving a scene with Lancelot had a very specific reference thrown in, however slight...

Question is:

Is the line in the message to Lancelot, "...Please-please-please come and rescue me..." a reference to a Winnie the Pooh book/movie involving Piglet's message that was received by Christopher Robin?

I can't find anything online affirming this reference, but it seems sound. I've run it by a few people and they go "OH- WOW!" so I'm thinking it has some validity... at least...

EDIT:

I'm also gonna throw in here, that the Winnie the Pooh books are several decades older than the Monty Python movie that came out in 1975, so the dates seem to point to this reference being valid. Even the Winnie the Pooh movies were made before that date, starting around 1962
