Misc Propranolol and Diazepam

I have a speech to deliver in front of roughly 50 people. I need about 110 mg of Valium to feel its effects (been on it since 2012). But I haven't used Propranolol. How many minutes or hours should I take the Propranolol before the speech? And is this a good combination. I get very nervous when it comes to public speaking, especially when it's ad-lib.

I know it might not seem this way to you... but as a third person most people can hear a substantial slur at that dose. It is one of the things about valium, you might not be able to feel it or hear it, but others hear you. Maybe not the best idea for a speech...

Agreed. I'd be careful with your dosage.
