Im getting my hands on some hydromorphone and pregabalin soon and would like to know how big is the boost from pregab in your experiences?

20%? 50%?

It's hard to put it in percentage terms... But it is most definitely very noticeable.

it does add to opiates, it's hit or miss for alot of people (as in they'll find the gabaergic lends to more of a non synergistic effect, but more so than not, people find they synergize well, i've often said pregabalin shouldn't be underestimated, it's in the same drug catagory as xanax and clonazepam and as of recently, has been placed in the same schedule as those benzos aswell)

Thanks. Based on your answers Im gonna treat it like it potentiates opioids by about 50%.
