I stumbled on this when a gay guy was giving me a tour of his sex chambers and I believe it has saved my life. Obviously I am not a medical professional.

The strong majority of cocaine overdoses occur because of its vasoconstrictive properties. Your veins rapidly constrict, which severely limits the amount of oxygen that your blood can transport around the body.

The heart pumps harder and harder, struggling to supply your organs with the oxygen they need to function.

When oxygen fails to get to your heart and brain, they stop functioning and you have a heart attack or stroke, and it is very possible you will die.

I’ve been seeking out good vasodilators to counteract this effect and make for a safer experience using these drugs.

Benzos are good, though they are difficult to get and I believe by nature they inhibit some of the effects of cocaine.

This may sound crazy, but in the past I have used viagra, which achieves its noble purpose by dilating a very specific collection of veins...

But viagra takes a bit of time to take effect, which you might not have if you are actively overdosing.

There is an over the counter substance that dillates the veins, and takes effect in mere seconds.

it is amyl nitrate, or poppers, and you can get it at any sex shop.

You open the bottle, take a little sniff, and within seconds your veins expand and your body flushes.

I am being truthful when I say I did this after a very irresponsible hit of coke and within seconds I felt back to normal.

This does not mean you can take greater risks.

But just something to consider having on hand for anyone who experiments with these substances.

This combo could potentially increase oxidative stress on red blood cells and lead to methaemoglobinaemia. Bad idea.

Viagra is also a bad idea.

Its well intended but this is bad advice. Administer benzodiazepines and diphenhydramine perhaps then take the person to the ER and inform them what drugs have already been administered.

I agree that this is potentially very bad advice. For that reason I'm closing it.
