Opioids Plugging Dilaudid question

I have a hard time shitting and I feel that I still have shit that hasnt gotten out yet when I plug which makes the experience not nearly as great as it should be. Would taking a laxative before plugging be a good method to work around my problem?

Maybe, but long-term use of laxatives to clear out your cavity is not particularly wise either.

I feel like I can really empathize with this statement. Therefore...

...if you're heavily dedicated to plugging Dilaudid (that is, you don't plan on stopping/changing the ROA and you do it rather frequently), the wisest thing I believe to do would be to invest in an enema kit. They can, and do, work wonders. You'll probably notice an impressive increase in the intensity of your experience and a noticeable decrease in the amount of hydromorphone required to produce desirable effects.
