RCs Phenibut Stimulatory Effects?

Yes it gave me a stimulatory effect, I took it for about two weeks at 1-1500grams sometimes 2. Anymore than that just became unpleasant and knocked me out. But even at the lower doses I would get sleepy, like the story I told where I was watching porn, still felt awake but just a little tired, shut my eyes and woke up two hours later to porn still going in my lap.

Can someone recommend me an RC that does have sedative effects? (Looking for something to calm/relax/make me sleepy (especially after a stimulant session.)

Ya I'm sure Dez 79,lol. The one positive thing about Phenibut was it did raise my Sex Drive, did help anxiey, but I can't explain it, just made me feel foggy after a couple weeks, like I never wanted to get up and do anything. Only other thing in my system was my daily dose of Suboxone. But litterally, shut my eyes for a second and fell asleep with my dick out and everything,lol. It was wierd... I never got to mix it with benzo's, which I wanted to try to see if I could catch a nod, because Gabapentin+benzo's+ my Subs always led to a nod if dosed right, especially if weed was added...Never got to try Phenibut with weed, to paranoid to even touch it now since I pissed a dirty after taking 3 hits of some mexican brick week, and it was still there 8 days later..what gets me about that is how long they say Valium stays in your system, and there have been times where I have take 30-40mg in a day for a few days in a row, but it never popped up, probly just jinxed myself.

Edit: Yteek, as long as your not living in Arkansas or MS you can get Etizolam, I had gotten it, then all the shit happened where they took it off the noortropics sites..I have a feeling putting a states name that sells mind altering substances is not a good idea, dumbasses.

Avoid phenazepam unless you have a LOT of experience with benzos and know your limits very well. It's extremely unforgiving, and even a small miscalculation in dose can leave you with a blackout lasting several days, several trips to the ER, and even get you sectioned.

Phenibut kinda sucks for me, it just makes me lethargic and tired. Its only good when I mix like 250mg-500mg with amphetamines to counteract some of the jitteriness. Only other time I use it is during the acute stages of kratom withdrawal. Ive never had a stimulating response from it unfortunately, jealous of some of the experiences here.

I mean it made me more talkative when it first kicked in and did get rid of my anxeity but then just felt lethargic all the time after a couple weeks...I did not get these glowing expericnes that some have reported, things did look brighter at first though, like when you take Gabapentin...

What does did you take?

I once had caps of phen from some place, I took them daily, grams and grams, on the warrant I really did not get shit from it, at least nothing overly significant. Then I finally got my hands on some higher quality pure phenibut, world of a difference.

Took some clonazolam. Made me very wobbly, coudnt even put the washing on the line. Took at 2pm......woke up at 10pm with no recollection of anything. IF YOU NEED TO ZONK OUT and I mean, clock out of life for 8 hours and still feel groggy 2 hours afterwards.....these are for you. Did NOT combine with stims though so cannot comment on that yet..........but I will do in time.

I can attest to the stimulating, almost mania causing effects of phenibut. The reason they aren't manic though is because i can still fall asleep on it and have a fucking wonderful sleep for 8 hours, wake up feel refreshed.

I took 1.5g yesterday and a 500mg redose about 5 hours later. I am in constant kratom withdrawal as i've tapered down to 4g of kratom and i took NO kratom yesterday during the day. I went to the gym with a buddy and ran over 3 miles on the threadmill. After the gym we had some deep convos about society and the horrors behind the meat and diary industry. I opened his eyes to what was going on, showed him a few videos and he couldn't even believe how much these industries have been lying to us.
He then and there decided to go vegan. Anyways, my point is i could not stop talking which is unusual for me, as generally i'm a pretty quiet person. I'd also taken a 15mg dxm dose a few hours ago which may or may not have contributed and synergised these effects. But we basically had solid engaging non-stop conversation for 4 straight hours, and i was feeling quite manic and good.

Also last time i took a 1.5g dose of phenibut last week, i went on a 15 mile bike ride. Something about it gets me stimulated and motivated and in "go" mode. But again, no issues sleeping these nights at all, in fact i fell asleep nearly instantly and had nice deep refreshing sleeps both nights.

Do NOT take this stuff every day though. Twice a week max, or you risk a dependence and shitty withdrawal which i've always steared clear of because of the horror stories I've read.

Wow, crazy thread. Phenibut is VERY sedating to me. I take 1500mgs occasionally as a sleep aid, and it really sedates me. Phenibut has been hands down the best sleep aid I've come across, even better then benzos as the benzos wear off a few hours later. Phenibut delivers a solid 8-10 hours of sleep for me every time. I usually feel groggy the morning after too.

It feels somewhere between benzos and gabapentin to me. Much more sedating then gabapentin, but not quite as sedating as benzos.
