Hi all.

So, about 2 months ago I took after my gym session, on an empty stomatch, (just a coffe hours before) 1 gr. of Phenibut (70 kg). I always dose Phenibut with caution.
I will be fast. I have passed through several symptoms since then.

-Loss of sensitivity skin on all my body (recovered)
-Low sex drive (slightly better)
-Testicular atrophy
-Pain on testicles (recovered)
-Pressure on floor pelvis (recovered)
-Headache (recovered)
-Need to urinate several times (sometimes)
-Watery sperm (recovered)
-Less sperm (sometimes)
-Scrotum more flaccid
-Less affected by coffe and alcohol (sometimes)
-Rubbery skin on penis and cold sensation

I was slowly improving but one week ago i started feeling again a recesion.

My testosterone and blood analysis are okay, even above average. Bacterian prostatitis is discarted.
I read some people suffering from ED and low libido from this but nothing is clear. I just wanna talk with someone who suffered from this, or any advise or help.
The moment I took that dose I remember watching porn and it was like looking to a chair, 0 sex drive… This is so frustrating.
Thank you.

U should be able to recover if u stop that isn't very heavy usage.

I have had problems with a somewhat related drug (lyrica) exacerbating my interstitial cystitis aka pelvic pain.

Same testicle and urinary pain u describe.

Back when I used pheibut I didnt have these bladder issues start to develop yet though so I cant comment on pheibut per se

Thank you for your answer. I have a slight pressure on my pelvis now i think. But, did you have also the other symtoms? How much time for recover and how?

This was from a single dose of phenibut? I take nearly 4 grams a day without experiencing any of those side-effects (with the exception of frequent urination). If in fact those issues are the result of that dose of phenibut, I would suspect it to be the result of a heavily contaminated product (which i don't think was the case -- you'd be sicker, and you appear to have taken that batch before). If your blood work was fine there may be something else occuring (ie the symptoms may be psychogenic rather than physiological -- which i don't mean in a pejorative way, I simply see no physiological mechanism to explain this).

Perhaps, but what you described doesn't constitute abuse really. As far as prostatitis and etc, no one here can determine that for you, you'll need to consult a physician for that. Again (and not to be dismissive in the least bit -- because suffering is suffering) I feel the issue is psychological (provided that there are no other variables you've failed to mention -- drugs or drug withdrawal related, in particular), so you'll need to examine what could be going in that respect.

My main problem right now is the pelvic floor pressure. I went to the urologyst and everything was okay. He said it could be by stress. Is this related to PSSD, or am I just being paranoid? Chronic pelvic pain maybe?

For me, phenibut is one of the best drugs for sex, it increases my sex drive considerably and also performance. However if you take it chronically and develop dependence, then during the withdrawal your sex drive and ability become worse until you're past it.

Are you saying your sex drive hasn't recovered since that one dose? That's odd, especially after 2 months.

I dont know if my actual syntoms are due to paranoia or the penibut. But now im dealing with lower libido, Pressure on my perineum, and itchy sensation on my urethra. I need to know also something. If you scratch your penis, do you feel same or less sensation than in your hand?

Either it was something else, either the batch was contaminated.

But having all those adverse effects from just a single dose, which by the way it wasn´t even that high, i can´t see how could that possible.
