Hi new here.
I have started a prescription Valium taper based on the Ashton method. Seems I screwed it up right from the start as I thought my starting dose was 15mg (I take 5mg at a time, no more) daily as I take as needed turns out it was more like 20mg so needless to say I have been suffering. Went back up to 17mg. Hated to backslide but I have to function.
I do also suffer from from depression and anxiety
I am also taking a scoop of Somatomax at night and. It contains Phenibut and gaba and I think it?s making taper worse, but I am dependent on that as well
stopped my nightly alcohol 2 months ago and, still smoke a little at night. Take 25mg Prozac a day as well
i am suffering and would appreciate any advice from someone with experience. I dont have much of a support system and live alone.
