Anyone know of AMPA antagonists of abuse?

Perhaps the AMPA antagonist decanoic acid produced via a ketogenic diet will result in a new generation of murderous (yet lean) carnivores.

The schedule III is kind of telling, apparently some patients were liking it, and simultaneously acting murderous.
