Interesting video. I remember in the past I used to really disagree with a lot of the things that Carl Hart said. Glad to see that he has taken on much more reasonable beliefs lately.

Nice video, fine speaker. I love neuroscience and pharmacology and Carl Hart articulates interesting solutions for addiction and behavioral health.
