Opioids Oxycodone followed by lyrica

How long after talking my usual dosage of oxycodone, 15mg, is it safe to take 100mg of lyrica? I have no tolerance to lyrica and will be using it to aid in mild withdrawal from a one month binge of oxy around 40mg a day

Well the half life of Oxy is only 2-3 hours, so I would say that you'd be safe to take it like 6 to 8 hours after your Oxy. I'm not sure if Lyrica interacts with Oxy or not. That might be worth researching.

From what i have read lyrica is a cns depressant like oxy

I don't think 100 mgs of lyrica and 15 mgs of oxycodone would be life threatening unless one were hyper sensitive to the effects of oxycodone. The doses are pretty low, they are about the starting recreational dose for the opioid naive. I think u will be fine with this combo.../just don't over do it obviously, as I'm sure mixing high dose pregabalin with opioids probably carries many of the same risk as mixing benzodiazepines and opioids

They are pretty low starter doses. I take 600mg lyrica a day. You will be fine with that combo
