Exactly. Happened to me twice; both in the first six months of pilling. First time I was in a taxi.... oh my, it was rather embarrassing. Not helped much by me saying "Oh my god this feels like I'm coming!!" I'm sure that was a much-talked-about incident over tea and bikkies back at the taxi rank.

The second time we were all in a puddle on the floor of my house and the music drowned it out but er... yes, LOVELY.

^^ Well MDMA might do it for girls, but prozac seemed to be one for the boys. Perhaps not technically classed as an orgasm, but I once knew a guy who, after being on prozac about a month decided it had changed his life for the better, and so for him it was the drug to all happiness. A group of post-menopausal or post-hysterectomy women who complained of female sexual arousal disorder were given Viagra. Over the course of the study, one session included the women taking viagra and then watching a "tasteful" porno movie. They were completely monitored - don't ask how 8( - for arousal; neurologically and physiologically. Results indicated that several of the group were both psychologically and physically stimulated. While some women showed no response either way, a significant number were found to be physically stimulated (increased genital bloodflow etc) but "felt" nothing whatsoever, and weren't aware of their altered physical state.

I can assure you I don't make this stuff up. I take my role as a mod here very seriously, and if ever I don't know something to be fact (or am in fact totally speculating) I try to make that very clear. I have in the past provided references for the statement that serotonin receptors exist in the gastrointestinal tract - but here it is AGAIN:
Biochemistry of Neurotransmitters which states:

The 5HT3 receptors are present in the gastrointestinal tract and are related to vomiting. Also present in the gastrointestinal tract are 5HT4 receptors where they function in secretion and peristalsis.

Anyhow, re: orgasms and MDMA, I also know of people who have experienced spontaneous orgasms from serotonergic antidepressants such as clomipramine and SSRI's. Not sure why it happens, but I believe it is well known in medical circles.

and i distinguish a difference between orgasm and ejaculation. ie u can ejaculate without orgasming. but whilst straight, ive never orgasmed without cumming.

ok, here goes. Hadn't taken pills for 3 months - which is a huge break for me. And from my experience, and the reports going around at the time - the one pill i dropped that night was comprised of mostly MDA.
