I have Only Tried taking OVER THE COUNTER 100MG Orphenadrine with Methadone maintenance dose im on everyday 90 mg NEVER EVER FELT A HEAD HIGH MAYBE SLIGHT BODY BUZZ but with this stuff before im Itchy ACTUALLY have Euphoria and Head Like a Weak Dose of Oxy or some Other Good DRUG but I read a study saying it defenitely Makes Something I think it was Morphine Or Hydromorphone patients reported way more euphoria and pain relief.
it is because it Inhibit CYP2B6 A Newly Discovered Enzyme that UNlike cyp3a4 it MAKES YOUR HIGH STRONGER AND DIFFERENT but ALSO DANGEROUS MORE LIKELY OT OVERDOSE SO BE CAREFUL but it makes things last longer but it also makes more active R-Methadone where CYp3a4 from grapefruit just makes the drug stay in your system longer now we just RECNETLY found out this potentiates opioids and they even want ot give it in a cominbation for certain people for far better pain relief it just Synergizes ANID POtentiates so well it is LIke Promethazine but way better and way less side effects it only makes me sleepy 100mg if i am tired already like at night time so.
What I Am Wondering though is if anyone has tried this with other OPioid mainly hydromorphone or oxycodone and letting people know and BE CAREFUL some people i read there is another thread google it Orphenadrine potentiate methadone is what i googled the one persons OP Post Was 1 Out 15 people do not have any 2B6 Inhibition meaning kinda like people who can take a t3 and then die because there body juist produces so much morphine or at least get sick and or high as balls depending on tolerance so tolerance and LOW DOSE BEFORE you fuck around with it you never know if it will make it 75% stronger or like 25-33% Stronger in my body Effects Me in that way Everybody is different though.
