I have no idea what is meant by "cross tolerance". I found one conversion site that lists cross-tolerance from 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50%.
For instance, I converted 400 mg of codeine at the highest cross-tolerance (50 percent) for oxycodone and it stated the oxy dose to be 24.2 mg.

I don't get it. What percentage should I adjust my cross-tolerance to?
