Opioids On Buprenorphine but want Heroin

I'm on buprenorphine; subutex (no naloxone), NOT suboxone.
I want to switch back to a day of Heroin, I don't want to hear how I shouldn't be using H whilst on Bupe as it's going backwards etc, but I want a day off.

How do I stop the Buprenorphine for just 1 day, and use Heroin for 1 day, then switch back to the Buprenorphine again.
I can generally go 2-3 days without any Buprenorphine before the WD's start appearing. I've got plenty Buprenorphine left.

Look at this of more of a self harming preventative exercise, I'm asking before doing.

It depends highly on your daily dose of bupe. If you're on 2mg, you may only need to wait 24hr. If you're on 8-12mg or more, you may need to wait days.
A good rule of thumb is to try and hold out until you're in withdrawal from the subs.
Please bear in mind the tolerance drop, as you won't have used H in a while. Start slow and be safe.
