STP became one of my favorite bands shortly after I started listening to them. This and Plush are my two favorites. Between Creep, Plush, Crackerman, Wicked Garden, Sex Type Thing and Dead & Bloated, their first album Core was straight fire. I can listen to both Core and Purple straight without skipping a single song.

I read Scott Weiland's memoir and it just made me love them even more. The way he described his experience with heroin and addiction is eerily similar to how I would describe my experience with heroin.
