IUPAC: 1-((2,2-difluorobenzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)methyl)piperazine

Expectations and experience reports are welcome :)
 
Methylenedioxybenzylpiperazine (without the two fluoro groups) is "only a very mild stimulant, and does not produce euphoria, empathogenic or psychedelic effects."

So this one is very likely shit as well. I guess they had MDBZP laying around and thought about what they could do to sell that crap faster..
