You ALREADY had 20 mg Oxy, sixty ml Methandone (before) - then you had MDMA and OH MY GOSH Carfentanyl in combi with cocaine, then CBD and grapefruit to strenghen the coke?

How many threads did you start on this? Always the same text, you could have at least be a bit more creative. If you're totally fucked up at the moment things like this happen, if not I would have a talk to a Psych.... soon... and if you're just a troll, then fuck you.
