If the vendor doesn't tell you what is in it, it could be any amount of anything really.

I've found a lot of these branded 'caine' drugs are ways that vendors can get rid of scraps that they had high expectations for, but really didn't sell well- not always of course.

It is generally better to just buy the pure compounds yourself.
