When they say "pills", they don't mean MDMA. They mean pills that may have adulterants that may be stronger yeah?

Yeah I believe that's what they mean.


I don't know how they can define another adulterant as being 10 times stronger though as it depends on dosage and the individual.
Too many variables for that statement to have any meaning.
