new to bluelight! benzo potentiation

I am new to blue light, but am 23 and I have been doing heroin and suboxone for almost 10 years. I just recently went to rapid detox and got a 90 day naltrexone implant in me. it's been a month.but afterwards my doctor prescibe me 2mg kpins three times a day. they won't kick in and I've never had this issue before. is there something I can do to kick them in faster because I got them two days ago and they're almost gone..I've never had this problem in my life please help.I went to rapid detox a month ago and have been clean since but theddoctor said that has nothing to do with it. please I'm looking for help, not judgement. thanks.

Benzos are obviously going to do much less than what you're used if you're in WDs.
