New NASADD policy on city/state specific HEROIN threads

We've decided to try out city specific heroin threads again. We realize that NASADD is not the same place it once was and are willing to give these threads another shot but, we need your help. In the past some of these threads were plagued with sourcers so we need you guys to report any suspicious posts. Using the report button is an anonymous act that does nothing more than help staff quickly eliminate any posts that may be a problem. Not only will you be helping us but, you'll also be helping each other keep these threads alive.

We are not making any guarantees on how long these threads will be running. If they prove to be a problem then we will be pulling the plug on them again.

PLEASE ASK A NASADD MODERATOR IF YOU'D LIKE A THREAD STARTED FOR YOUR CITY! THIS WILL ALLOW US TO MAKE THE GUIDELINES CLEAR AND PREVENT MULTIPLE THREADS FOR THE SAME CITY.

The rules regarding any sort of discussing or even bringing up the names of various stamps has been a very vague, mostly because there was no rule set in stone. With that being said, we have decided to allow the mentioning of stamps in the general heroin thread, but no discussion. However, the names of any stamps in regional/city heroin threads is not allowed. Do not even mention the name of a stamp in the regional heroin threads.

Also do not ask about "how available", that's like Cobain going rhetorically "how low?", it's either available, or it's not, with real H, it's this way. Please report all tainted H in this forum and also on the other relevant boards as they a health crisis in the US and even southern Ontario, which might as well be considered Michigan, Ohio and upstate NY all at once. So that explains their issues with fent and fent accessories, I'm making jokes, but sometimes it's all there is left not to go batshit at people you wanna keep alive and who shoot random shit outside those stamps, so please say that bad stamps are going around. Not buying the bad stamps, which you cannot identify here, will adjust the market and clean H will show up again. Eat pharms and snort pharms in the meantime, if you can get ones that can go near real H's power or overpower it even (Dilaudid Rush), might be worth using the pill sellers for a while until it's clear that no, your *area* will not go for fentadope, no matter how pure ECP it looks like.Hope my point is understood.
