New combo question

So new combo I want to try. 90mg temazepam w/ 50-100mg of diphenhydramine.. thoughts? Need for nerves and that's all that is available to me for right now.

The benzo should be just fine on its own for anxiety, the diphenhydramine is just going to make you sleepier. If you don't care if you fall asleep then yeah go for it but don't take this combo if you plan on doing anything afterwards.
