Opioids Need some advice!

I have a bad back injury that i had a surgery on.

i get prescribed 3 10mg oxycodone hcl a day
and i get tramadol hcl 50mg

The problem is i have to take 30mg oxy and almost feel nothing from it. the most ill get is my body feels like it warms up.
I'm planning on taking a break from the oxy for a couple weeks and just taking tramadol for the pain until my tolerance go down for the oxy!

what your thoughts ?
